About Dr. Liz
Dr. Hletko is a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders. She holds degrees from Miami University of Ohio and Duke University. She completed her training at Rush University Medical Center and has more than 20 years of experience treating individuals and families. She works with patients presenting with a variety of concerns including depression, eating disorders, attention & social difficulties, behavior problems, medical and neurological problems. Her particular area of focus is with anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder and tic disorders.
Dr. Hletko's therapy style focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and includes exposure response prevention in treating OCD. In addition, "Dr.Liz" has a great sense of humor and likes to incorporate that in her work with families.
Dr. Liz lives in Evanston with her family including her husband, children, and her two dogs, Chicken & Elvis.
